How to Use

• Over 12 years: 5-10ml (preferably diluted) 2-3 times daily before meals. Maximum daily dose 30ml.
• Children 6-12 years: 5ml (preferably diluted) 2-3 times daily before meals. Maximum daily dose 15ml.
• Children under 6 years: not recommended unless advised by a doctor.

Warnings & Cautions

• Do not use if bottle seal is broken when purchased
• Please consult your pharmacist or doctor if symptoms persist
• Keep out of the reach of children
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C

• Vitamin B1 (thiamin) 500µg
• Calcium Glycerophosphate 45.6mg
• Potassium Glycerophosphate 45.6mg
• Sodium Glycerophosphate 22.8mg
• Manganese Glycerophosphate 697µg
