• Over 18 years: 1-2 tablets with a drink before retiring.
• Under 18 years: not recommended.

White, flat, circular tablet with bevelled edge impressed 'crampex' into one face containing:

• Nicotinic Acid 20mg
• Colecalciferol 0.02mg
