Care Co-Lactase Infant Drops

What’s it for?

To reduce lactose content in milk. Suitable for both breast and formula milk.

How to Use

Suitable from birth.

Breast feeding: express a few tablespoons of breast milk into a small sterilised container. Add 4 drops and give to the baby on a sterilised plastic spoon or using a syringe and continue breast feeding as normal.

Infant formula: make the baby formula according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Add 4 drops to the formula when at feeding temperature. Do not add to the formula if it is hot. Shake the formula and feed as normal. Discard any unused formula.

Expressed breast milk: defrost the milk if necessary and warm to feeding temperature. Add 4 drops to the milk when warm.

Suitable from birth

Care Co-Lactase Infant Drops can be taken from birth onwards and should be used for as long as it takes the baby to grow out of its lactase deficiency – usually three or four months. Care Co-Lactase Infant Drops are sugar free, preservative free and flavour free.
