What’s it for?

• Roller ball to massage and ease tight knotted muscles. Can be used before and after exercise.

How to Use

• Over 12 years: massage onto required area. On first application apply sparingly as people may experience warmth differently. If a stronger effect is required re-apply as necessary. Use as required.

• In case of contact with eyes or if irritation occurs, rinse well with water and seek medical advice
• External use only
• Keep away from children
• Do not use on under 12's
• Do not use on broken or irritated skin
• Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Store below 25 C
